All merchandise returns must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. Anything free in courtesy of Wing Lam Enterprises for example, free sword cases/punching pads etc.. are not refundable exchangeable, or replaced. All return requests must include a copy of the original invoice. We do not accept merchandise that has been used, modified or tampered with. We accept clothing that has not been washed or worn, with the exception of custom-made silk uniforms which may not be returned or exchanged. Music that has not been opened may be returned or exchanged. We cannot accept returns on DVDs or VHS videotapes. All customers returning merchandise for exchange or refund must pay normal shipping charges. All customers returning merchandise for refund must pay a 20% restocking charge. For an exchange they can exchange the merchandise for equal value and must pay repay shipping charges. All returns resulting from WLE Inc. error will be handled free of charge. If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit to you, please contact the carrying service used immediately (either FedEx or United States Postal Service) and keep all packaging materials. Please do this prior to notifying us, as it will create a case history for your claim and allow us to follow-up appropriately. If this procedure is not followed, we can not guarantee full reimbursement.
